Class Description

90 Minute Bikram Method

  • Time: 90 minutes
  • Session: The Original Bikram Yoga sequence consisting of 2 sets of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises.
  • Heat: Traditional hot room (40°/40% humidity)
  • Level: Everyone welcome, from beginners to advanced.
  • Perfect for: Those wanting the traditional, complete mind and body Bikram yoga experience with all of the healing benefits the hot room has to offer.

60 Minute Bikram Method

  • Time: 60 minutes
  • Session: The same Bikram Yoga sequence but with 1 set only of most postures.
  • Heat: Traditional hot room (40°/40% humidity)
  • Level: Everyone welcome, from beginners to advanced (but we recommend you do the 90 minute session for your first ever class)
  • Perfect for: Those with a little less time who still want the Bikram Yoga experience at a faster pace.

45 Minute LAVA Core

  • Time: 45 minutes
  • Session: Cardio based Hatha yoga sequence with a focus on upper body and core strength.
  • Heat: Traditional hot room (40°/40% humidity)
  • Level: We recommend building a good foundation from the Bikram method classes first to then join in on the fun!
  • Perfect for: Those wanting a quick and fast-paced cardio class. Also a perfect compliment to the Bikram method classes.
FOCUS

60 Minute LAVA Core

  • Time: 60 minutes
  • Session: The same Hatha yoga sequence as the 45 LAVA core with a deeper focus on breath and Savasana.
  • Heat: Traditional hot room (40°/40% humidity)
  • Level: We recommend building a good foundation from the Bikram method classes first to then join in on the fun!
  • Perfect for: Those wanting a strong cardio class with more emphasis on breath. Also a perfect compliment to the Bikram method classes.

YIN Yoga

  • Time: 60 minutes
  • Session: A gentle and meditative yoga class where postures are held for up to 5 minutes in order to stretch both the muscles and the ligaments of the body.
  • Heat: Warm Room (28°/25% humidity)
  • Level: Everyone welcome, from beginners to advanced
  • Perfect for: Those who want a relaxing class and receive the benefits of stretching without exhausting themselves. Get maximum benefits from this class by practicing straight after a Bikram method class.
